Where Architecture Meets Art, And Diamonds Become Portraits.

An Architect and Interior Designer from Surat, Gujarat — the Diamond City of India. Alongside my professional journey in design, I have discovered a deeply personal passion: transforming diamonds into art.

My journey as an artist began during the challenging days of COVID, at a time when I had no formal background in fine arts, no artist in my family, and no mentor to guide me. What began simply as a desire to create something different gradually evolved into a distinctive artistic journey of its own.

I believe that every designer is a creator. My years in architecture and interior design taught me to understand proportion, composition, balance, precision, space and detail. I brought that design thinking into my art and began experimenting with something that felt truly unique to me creating portraits entirely by hand using American Diamonds.

Every Diamond Has A Place. Every Portrait Has A Story.

My handmade diamond portraits are created through an extremely meticulous process in which individual diamonds are carefully selected, positioned and placed by hand to build expressions, depth, light and character.

What may appear from a distance as a portrait reveals, upon closer observation, thousands of individually placed diamonds working together as one image.

There is no shortcut to this process. It demands patience, precision, concentration and countless hours of craftsmanship.

This artwork received a Certificate of Achievement from the Asian Book of World Records for “Outstanding Excellence in Handmade Diamond Portrait Artist.” The recognition described my work as an example of exceptional craftsmanship, creativity, precision, patience and artistic excellence.

Recognition is not the destination, It is a reminder to continue creating.

Over the years, my diamond portraits have brought me the opportunity to create artworks representing distinguished personalities, spiritual leaders, public figures, artists, performers and other eminent personalities, as well as subjects that carry deep cultural and emotional significance.

Each portrait is more than an arrangement of diamonds. It is an attempt to capture identity, emotion, respect and memory through an unusual artistic medium.

My work is rooted in the belief that art does not always have to follow an established path. Sometimes, the most meaningful art begins when we have the courage to explore something that has not been done before.

My background in architecture and interior design continues to influence everything I create. I approach every portrait with a designer's eye — studying proportions, light, shadows, composition and the smallest details of the subject.

At the same time, approaching  every artwork with an artist's heart. The result is a distinctive form of handmade diamond portrait art, combining design, craftsmanship, patience and creativity.
